Frames Dropping for no apparent reason
I usually get 100+ consistent frames. And now I am getting 20-50. Usually in the 30 range. I have restarted my pc. Have closed applications. I have done everything that I can possibly think of and I can't seem to fix it. Any amount of help is greatly appreciated.
