U know things are bad when guardians don’t even stop to res each other.
I remember a time when u’d stop to res any fallen comrade, sometimes even right under a boss or when it might cost you ur life as well, lol. Now it seems guardians won’t even bother to res someone right beside them. I also find it hard to want to res someone that didn’t bother to help you, so u just have another downward spiral. It’s sad. I’m going to try my best to res everyone but if u walk over my body a few times and don’t even stop to res, don’t be surprised when I do the same to you.

2 RepliesLet’s stop pretending here. This is the same community of players who AFK farm during matchmaking activities, leave strike areas to solo farm mobs in other areas, leaves strikes as soon as they finish their bounties, and many other DBag moves. I prioritize getting my teammates up. When a fire team member goes down I immediately go there to res ASAP. I even have a funny “grieving” emote I always have ready for when they go down. This is about the community choosing to good or bad.

Sprint running & not rezzing are 2 different things. Don’t mind the sprinters - I can stay behind & do bounty kills or try to race along with them (though I’m a slow oldie). Some of these maps are too dang long to hike around in.

5 RepliesNoticed it too. Blame bungies bounties that are personal only. If a guy needs 50 bow kills and by not rezzing you he's potentially saving himself running another strike, he'll do that. Blame bungie, a game created by Devs who don't play their own game.

I'll always dive in an save a fellow gaurdain,except for those not reviving back. I'll just give them the old tomb stone of respect and run away.. lol

I never stopped to revive the grunts that died during The Arbiter, either.

I purposely run a medic/support build on my warlock and just play the role of getting the team back up, buffing with over shields, dropping the well and always carrying Divinity. Sometimes the matchmade teams get it, and will wait just before an enemy zone for me to drop an overshield, will get inside the well when I drop it, or in the rift, and hold their heavy for just a few seconds for the Div cage to appear. Usually if they see me playing that role and I go down, they’ll try to res me. However, there’s always a % that just do not give a -blam!- and will run over my ghost (even if I’ve got them back in the fight 4-5 times and kept buffing them - yea you blueberry, those overshields aren’t magic you know!). It used to annoy me, but I think it’s just what it is in a live service game. All different types of people play, some are considerate to the team dynamic, unfortunately some aren’t 🤷

7 RepliesIf somebody takes off on a speed run and spends 80% of the strike ahead of the other 2 of us dead I won’t pick them up. If you want to speed run, fine. But if you actually can’t pull it off, don’t do it. Lament is not a magic speed run piece of gear.

I don't revive guys that use glacier grenades or that continue to die in front of the boss, when me and the other random continue to stand back. You going to learn, in this Strike. lol

7 RepliesHonestly, the only times where I won’t rez in Strikes is if it risks taking all of the team with it, thus forcing us to restart the encounter. Otherwise, I’ll go full ham to revive someone.

I just bag anyone who doesn't res. I bag everyone else too, but...I stay down a half second longer on these guys.

Half the time I don't want my teammates resing me, cuz half the time they do it in the middle of a bunch of adds that kill me before the animation finishes. [b]When I have less than 5 seconds to respawn in a safer area!!![/b]

Bungie has let this game go. Everyone is tired of no PVE content and a horrible PVP experience. This game is in bad shape and the community is ready for another looter shooter.

1 ReplyI try to res teammates, but I'll admit I sometimes don't if I'm fighting teammates to finish bounties or something. If Bungie would just gave us team progress for bounties, that would fix the problem.

If it's safe to do so, you'll be revived. If you race ahead and die on your own, you're on your own buddy boy. Simples
