WOW BUNGIE server deleted my characters again!! 3rd time in two months
Before anyone says that someone hacked my account or someone deleted my account or any of that crap, NOPE. No one did none of that.
I changed my password,
Have 2 step authentication
All that mumbo jumbo crap to make sure my account was secured and I was locked down tight.
I'm a solo player
No one has my info or password
What happened? I turned on my Xbox box, got Destiny 2 server errors, and BAM!!!! Characters are gone.
Restarts, Xbox power cycle, I did everything!
Bungie needs to take action and ADMIT they are the problem.
[b]Bungie, why not charge us a fee to recover our characters, I know this is possible. At least you can make money and stop ignoring this issue.[/b]
wastedondestiny means nothing to me because yes, it does show characters deleted but not from me, no hackers, no friends, not anyone, Just logging in Destiny has caused this 3 times.

I see that Kellogs and others have tried to help you with this issue, so I won't repeat what they said, except to say that it's [b]impossible[/b] for characters to be deleted due to server issues because they live on two entirely separate systems. As for your ongoing issue involving multiple characters getting deleted, I took a look at your account login sessions, and nothing appears out of their ordinary. I have a hunch that someone you know, or someone who has access to your Xbox, is deleting your characters.

3 RepliesLooking at your replies below to better understand the situation, the logical conclusion is that these characters were deleted manually by another breathing person. Same goes for the vault. I garantee, against your insisting otherwise, that someone DID breach your account to manually perform these actions. To claim that a server error can cause this is non-seneschal and goes against foundation loot /// activity client versus gameclient structures.
