I completed all three ornament/emblem quests (strikes, crucible, gambit) after obtaining my salvager’s salvo, but only the vanguard emblem (and still we stood) dropped. I have all three weapon ornaments, but the accompanying emblems for crucible (lightcrash) and gambit (promise of payback) did not drop and are not unlocked in the collections page
