Xenophage codes
I have tried for 3 weeks now to enter these codes with every gun, different bullets, even with people that have it. The codes are not working. Only one chest has spawned. I’ve also tried every code you can find online also tried the codes from a fellow guardian who has already completed it. They just seemed bugged. Any help will be graciously appreciated.

Please note that the code orders you can find online may not be correct for your specific puzzle so you may have to figure it out yourself in order to get them to line up properly.
