Not able to interact with FailSafe
Seemingly random glitch when loading into Nessus, FailSafe won’t be able to be interacted with. Loading the closest Quick Travel point on the map doesn’t solve the issue. Eventually loading around has her become able to be interacted with again.

Once the current Public Event ends, you should be able to interact with Failsafe once again.

Hello. Bungie is aware of this issue. The only way to solve it is by fast traveling to the location again and hope that she is interactive.
