It appears as though it is now impossible to load into the Watcher's Grave area on Nessus. I tried to load into it 4 times with 3 being with a Public Event and 1 without. Every time, my game froze and later closed out. Afterwards, I tried loading into the Artifact's Edge and ride my Sparrow into the zone. My game again froze and crashed. I have only had 1 other person try to load into the zone, and they also crashed. I do not believe it to be a hardware issue - both of our computers can normally easily handle this game and more.
