What stat did they look at that brought merit to the idea of making it a flat 90 vs a warlock melee that freezes and has a .5 breakout but does almost no damage?
I legit challenge someone to justify that.
I get that it auto freezes, but it's breakout time is less than all TTK in game and doesn't damage and only has one very slow projectile versus the double shuriken that geometries off all objects.

You can’t breakout of it. The TTk for most weapons well under 1s (usually around 0.6s) Make no mistake, I think that they should revert shurikens buff back to 90 to the head and 60 to the body. The buff was beyond stupid (great for PvE though) Also one of the reasons why the Warlock melee doesn’t do damage (besides the instant freeze) is because it has an AoE. You can just hit the ground or wall near the enemy and they’ll freeze.

And yet after all this people still complain about Titans lol we don't have tracking we don't have aim assist titans are just fists of havoc with ice except that melee doesn't kill unless you're weak
