A better defined drop source for weapons and armor
So generic source were fine, but since season drasticlly change the drops its getting hard to look for specifc things.
As of the chosen, its a little more complicated. For example, with regards to Royal Entry, strike only but hardly exclusive like a nightfall weapon. But does or does not wordly engrams hold it? Does umbral engrams unfocused have a chance at all focused drops? Does gunsmith drop it. Does zavala?
I want a list via engram preview for weapons. Or weapons themselves to have a drop source list.

3 RepliesHi there. If you weren't aware, there is already a way to see the sources for how to any obtain weapon and armor by hovering over them in your Collections. [quote]ROYAL ENTRY [i]Source: Complete strikes and earn rank-up packages from Commander Zavala.[/i][/quote] Items that drop from any world activity, destination or tower vendors, like Banshee, will say "Source: Open Legendary engrams and earn faction rank-up packages." If Bungie changes the source for particular items, that is usually reflected in Collections. Unfocused Umbral engrams will give you a random legendary weapon or armor piece that's within the loot pool of rewards possible to obtain by focusing engrams at the Prismatic Recaster. Naturally, any Umbral you focus will give you what's stated in its description.
