Hand Cannon Targeting Mod Not Showing Up in Helmet When It's Unlocked
Since the new season I have been unable to have Hand Cannon Targeting Mod be able to equip in my helmet and I have already unlocked this armor mod (not the artifact version) a long long time ago on my account!
