Console to PC DLC don't transfer???
I was a PS4 player and now I am using PC and I had the forsaken DLC and can prove it with the ace of spades I have, do I really have to re-buy the DLC to play it I know I had it on PS4.

When you buy DLC, you're making a purchase with the platform company, and they grant a license to access that DLC on their platform only—other platforms want their sales as well. As such, Cross Save can not be used to transfer these licenses to a different platform; they must be purchased on each platform that you want to access that content on.
