I dont even understand why there is a cap, if you play more you should have more glimmer. The cap should be like 1 mill if anything, either way it doesnt make sense. Any other game the basic currency does not have a cap and if it does its way higher and in a good ratio. In smite you get around 200 "glimmer a match" and the cap is a million so it scales. This one doesnt and its just a smiple thing that should be changed.

3 RepliesIf only ppl knew the OG glimmer cap in D1... they’d really lose their minds that first year lol
-
it's going to cost you 2k silver

4 RepliesBungie: we have listened, we will nerf swords and increase HC damage more cause 70%!usage in pvp is too low. We will double the glimmer cap and triple the cost of all purchases that require glimmer. You are welcome.

2 RepliesGlimmer honestly only matters for new players who haven't amassed a ton of it by playing, and it really only serves to stop them from stocking up on every bounty they can grab. What if we had reasons to actually use our Glimmer, such as: -A Resource Bank. Invest/donate Glimmer and get weekly packages, occasionally Ascendant Shards. -Let us convert Glimmer into Bright Dust. -Bring back Ammo Synths (only useable in PvE wherever loadouts aren't locked). -Minor cosmetic changes to guns and armor (clean, battle-scarred versions, not full ornament/shader changes).

8 RepliesNo because they would raise the price of glimmer on things you need to buy

2 RepliesEdited by JasperGTR: 2/9/2021 10:20:27 PMAll of that glimmer and 3d renderrings of the digits take up too many resources on PS2 and Super NES. It is capped for a reason. You really think Bungie has room for the extra 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9? Look at all of that space it takes up. I mean, if you want to go over 999,999, you'll need the extra "1" and a comma "," in there to show 1,000,000. You ask too much of Bungie. Let's stay on task with the new stasis grenade buffs that nobody asked for. Let's praise them for things that they did, which may have seemed like common sense months ago - e.g. new Landing Zone on Europa.

No caps need to stay. Honestly we need even more resource caps
-
why is it so difficult to manage for you? it's not as if you reach the cap so quickly that it becomes tedious to spend.

In warframe I have seen people with 10 million credits ,but it costs over a million credits to fully upgrade a prime mod
