Why is it that OffTopic turns into Toxic-Topic when they here about D2?!
I mean some of the people here do actually play it like Hydra soooooo?

Offtopic just isn't the place for destiny posts. Every time I see a D2 post I try to guide it in the right direction, like #help or #lore usually. I have yet to someone get toxic over that, but I might just be not observant...

Because, the D2 forums are toxic and full of people whining about the game and we don't want that in Offtopic. Offtopic is solely for anything but the game, so when that stuff gets posted down here, people here don't like it. Most of the original people here were from the times of Halo and some of them only have a destiny account to continue participating here. [spoiler]please, refrain from Density 2 and Salt that it brings...[/spoiler]

It doesn't matter if anyone here plays it or not. It's about keeping discussions about specific topics in their correct place so that others looking for that type of discussion will be able to locate it. The reason some here get upset about it is; -that the ninjas rarely if ever moderate those posts back to where they should go -ninjas too frequently move Destiny related threads here because the mention a different game in their topic, when it is still clearly a Destiny related topic -far too many posts for Destiny are placed here by mistake, but when you try to help them in recommending they move the thread to the correct forum, the op goes all ballistic and belligerent at us for try to do the right thing -Bungie doesn't make enough effort in forum designation for people to know what types of discussions belong in which forums. Ever since B.next, whole forum sections have been lost to being overtaken by miss places posts, and the web team doing NOTHING about it. Sure some people take this too far, some don't make good attempts at redirection, and people like me who have tried to redirect for years, we're tired of having to do it.
