Restrictions

Hi, you’ve sent me a message advising me a have poor internet connection. I’ve the best there is in the UK, download speed is a constant 61meg. I’ve contacted my service provider who has confirmed that there has been no interruption in my service. I’m with British Telecom and have only recently downgraded from 150meg. I’m disabled and sadly have a life threatening heart condition. Destiny is my life and only social outlet and has been for over 6 yrs. can you please check again I’m very concerned you’ll stop me from playing.
