Either Gambit is totally busted or there is a new cheat on console
Had a guy that didn't get teleported back after an invade. Kept killing us and wouldn't die. Might want to take a look at it Bungie.

It's a console cheat When the portal spawns press: Up, down, down, R1, up, L2, down And run through the port, you'll stay in the opposing side unless the opposing side kill you. Use this before it's nerfed!

It’s a bug with warlock storm caller super. I think you blink right as you are about to get teleported out. It’s been around for at least a few months.

This happened to me as well, but I was invisible - I ended up taking the high road and popping my super which made me visible again and let them kill me.. lol

1 ReplyI had this happen, but I was the one stuck on the other side. Which may have been fun, I guess, if I hadn't also been half stuck in a wall, immortal but not being able to move or shoot. But I could throw grenades, weird, eh. I should have taken a screenshot. The other team started teabagging in front of me when they realized what was happening. Of course my team lost because they were short one player and couldn't send anyone else to invade. Good times were not had by all...

Yeah it's really wild when you are in the game lobby and the other team is firing off Heavy weapons like lollies... Seem legit to me.. LOL

It's bug along with Bounties stop counting randomly Mote pick not counting Getting shot by invaders through 5 walls oh wait thats just the cheaters they refuse to ban Not having your shots or supers register on Guardians oh wait again thats just the cheaters they refuse to ban.

Were u playing on pc? If u were then there's ur problem since pc has more hacks and modders than on console. If u were running on console then idk that's weird to me as I know it's hard to mod ur console unless ur really smart

Happened to me today. 2 full blows with a sword on the invader and the invader just killed me and teleported away.

It’s totally glitched. I had an invader spawn next to me, shot him twice with heavy, nothing happened. Then he teleported somewhere else. Completely broken.

Gambit has been busted since day one. Motes still go through the ground and are hard to collect. I have also seen the invader issue. Enemies are very glitchy too. Broke game is broken.

Have they still not fixed that? It's a bug/exploit that's been around for a while now

1 ReplyPlaying on my Titan last night. Invaded, hit a guy with shoulder charge (whatever the hell it is now), no damage, chased him firing auto rifle, he eventually went down. Thing is, he was gold and showed no damage til he went down. Several invasions where they didn't show any damage to shield or health bar.

Encountered that twice in the last week of gambit, separate games as well. Timer to invade expired then three of our team got chased down and killed when we relaxed, thinking he had left. Thought I was going nuts, AGAIN! 🤪

I've seen stuff like that too in the past. Drifter said he had left but I could clearly see him in the back still shooting at us after 30 seconds had elapsed. Considering Bungle still uses Peer to Peer networking, it's likely some IP hack. Maybe like what happened in D1 where the host would pull the Etherent plug, everyone shot the boss and then he plugged it back in to kill it.

Edited by HaVoK308: 1/4/2021 9:28:30 PMSame. We had an invader on us constantly. One-shoting us. The game didn’t show him there. No invader alarm, and no prompt on screen. This game gets worse with updates. Not better. This happened on PS4 not PC.
