I have been a Destiny player since House of Wolves/Taken King days. I love the game. But my account was banned, and as far as I can tell, it was either a glitch, a mistake, or someone intentionally reported me just to be a jerk. I was playing by myself, running around the Cosmodrome, looking for Region chests in order to raise my light level, because I was struggling a little with some of the Beyond Light enemies. I had no other apps or programs open on my pc, and nothing that could have triggered a ban or cheating flag that I'm aware of. And what is most confusing to me is that I have been given no information as to WHY I was banned. There was no warning, no error code, nothing. I was just suddenly kicked out to the title screen with a pop up that said my account was banned and to submit an appeal ticket if I thought it was in error. I did submit a ticket, but I've heard nothing back since the 23, and I'm really starting to get upset here. I love Destiny to death, it's one of my all time favorite games, and I made a lot of online friends playing it. I'm 27 years old, and I will admit that when I realized that I suddenly couldn't play the game, I nearly cried. Please, I just wanna play the game again. Bungie, can you please help me out?
