1 ReplyGo to far right tab and sign out of the app, then sign back in and hit approve. Worked for me on iPhone XS Max

iphone here. -I checked for a system update. -I had one to download. ios 14.3. -After that I loaded up Companion App. -Went to settings. -Signed out. -Signed back in. -Works now.

I posted about this hours earlier. I'm seeing lots of iPhone users, but I have an Android (Samsung) and was experiencing the same issue. I was able to resolve my problem by logging out and logging back in

Signing out and logging back in worked for me, after reinstalling by itself did nothing. (On iphone)

If you can open the app, but you get the error even after deleting. i found a work around. I reset my xbox password, and then opened the app. It allowed me to clock on the "... More" option, it allowed me to log out from, there and then re log in and use the new password. It is working for me now.
