Please can Bungie remove the dead Stadia account from my Cross Save setup?
I have a dead Stadia account linked on Cross Save (from a Stadia trial last year) and I very much want to hook up my actual Stadia account.
I can’t find a way to make the change. The Cross Save page asks me to authenticate the Stadia account before it will remove it, but that old account no longer exists, so I can’t. Is there any way Bungie can just disassociate the Stadia account from my Cross Save setup? Even if it means Bungie just deactivating my Cross Save, I’ll happily wait the 90 days to restart setup! Thanks.

Hi there. Bungie does not have access to private account information to verify ownership. Players must authenticate an account's login credentials in order to link or unlink the account. Also, Cross Save can only be disabled by a player authenticating all accounts linked to the Cross Save. If you're unable to log in to the Stadia account, you will need to contact Stadia to see if they can help you regain access.
