I received an exotic cypher from a D2 triumph, then claimed a second from the season pass. I also visited Xur with a completed exotic cypher quest but wasn’t rewarded with a the cypher and when I checked my inventory only 1 cypher was there presumably from the triump reward, when I should in theory have had 3. I used the one cypher in my inventory to claim an exotic engram. So please can you tell me where I can find the other 2 exotic cyphers? Thanks.
