Hi, I need to get my Destiny 2 + Forsaken + Season pass + Account from Blizzard to Steam. I wrote them and they both send me to you but since you have no proper support mail adress I have to write in a forum for many non Bungie employees to see which I do not want...... I will send you the needed data (name of the account and mail) after you wrote me via mail. Kind regards Dennis PS: If I can not get my stuff back I have to demand a refund but I really would prefer to get my stuff back. Thanks *Praying*

    Please stop ignoring my request and its content..... It says especially that I want help from proper Bungie support and with proper technical access and know how.... My problem is NOT solved and has NOT been answered in a way like a proper support should. The answer is no solution to my problem and every following user which refer to the very same info/ or similiar does not help but disrespecting in the same way the handling of my request..... This has been handled in a very wrong way

      I am not a paid Bungie employee, but I am a volunteer individual that Bungie has hand selected to help out on the forums. The Deadline was December 1st of 2020, more than a year after the Migration began. Both Blizzard and Bungie sent out multiple notices to your connected email(s) in an attempt to help you not miss the deadline. Unfortunately, your Forsaken license and characters will not be able to be moved to Steam if you did not already Migrate. You can view Bungie's official help article here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/49818 . This should answer your request for support as it is Bungie's official article concerning your specific issue. - If you want to request a refund, you'll need to contact the retailer that you originally purchased from. Bungie cannot assist you with that.

    • Its the Christmas holidays, don't expect an answer anytime soon. You left it to late. The date to complete the transfer was 1st Dec. You had 1r months to complete this with numerous emails and reminders being sent by Blizzard and Bungie. If you want a refund, contact the place where you purchased your license from.

    • I am no bungie employee but the deadline for the battle.net to steam transfer is up and it has been since the first of december. Unfortunately your character and DLCS are lost. Hope this assisted you.
