Why the hell is Mask of Bakris dropping low stats?

I’ve got three mask of bakris’s this morning, all THREE have dropped sub 60 total stars. I’ve also got a wormhusk and three foetracers and they’ve all dropped above 60?? What is this rng??

Yeah I think it's a bug, mine dropped 59 and 58. Didn't bother farming after that.
