Ascendant champion triumph is bugged
I'm 100% certain I've completed them all. The Bungie site says I've completed the triumph (proof in link) yet in-game it's stuck at 4/6. This is the only thing preventing me from getting the cursebreaker seal and it's really frustrating since the challenges are time-gated
