Games2Give emblem and ghoat
It says that I have redeemed my 2 emblems and ghost after donating $50 but I only have the mists blossom emblem in my collections. When I pressed on redeem to get the emblems and ghost it took me to bungie.net and asked me to approve if this was my account which I did and then it took me out of bungie.net and sent me back to the Games2Give website and it said that I had redeemed my emblems but when I go into Destiny 2 on my Xbox, the gilded shell and the new emblem are not in my collections anywhere. Please can I have some help?

I am guessing you closed and reopened the game? Also if you go to redemption history here on bungie.net does it show that they have been redeemed?
