I am getting this massage, and most I read in trouble shooting is already done. Because of Corona PlayStation halved my connection I normaly schould have 250 mbps for downloading and 20 mbps for uploading.
Now I started the ps4 test and I do not own a pro. It gives me 127.1 download and 9.9 upload. I really Enjoy this game with my best friend, I do not want to be locked out from gambit etc. So please tell me what more can I do to not ever see that message again? Also I live alone no one else uses my internet.

First time for me. Picked up the iPad from beside me and ran a net speed and ping test and nothing was wrong. Of course any internet issue is always my fault or your fault, but never, ever Bungle’s fault. Or any of the connections between my Xbox and their server.

I just got the same message too. I own a PS4 Pro and USED to love crucible. Since PS5 was released and added to the PS4 lobbies, I can only pluck up the courage to play x3 PvP matches per character per week. The lobbies are totally disgusting and full of teleporting players destroying the entire team! Believe me when I say that my Internet connection did not cause their sudden greatness. All I can do is to report players, which feels like a waste of time, only to be matched against them again. I've been having 'Connecting to Destiny Servers' all over the place since forever (all team members the same)! The final straw is that I get warned. This is one easy way to fix the problem. Warn the players having a bad experience with the famous Destiny servers. My network is configured properly (caught you out! I'm an IT guy) and all other games play sweet. In fact they play at 60 fps and look and feel a whole lot better (no eye strain of headaches). I liked Destiny because it gave me my regular fix. Before you send out a "Warning!" to a long term dedicated Destiny player you should fix your matchmaking and laggy servers first. After reading your message I shut down Destiny for good. So disappointed in Bungie. Times were good but times have changed!

With that kind of speed it should be fine. Mine is about half that or less and works even with others streaming. Most likely you have one of several possible problems: 1. Using wifi on a protocol version that only supports much lower speeds than you are paying for. 2. Using wifi in an environment with high interference. 3. High levels of packet loss. 2/3 of those issues are hardware related and the interference problem can be solved with a Ethernet cable since those are insulated to prevent interference assuming they are to code. I am assuming your problem is either 1 or 3 and it’s also possible it’s a combination of 1 and 2. 1 and 2 would mean lower speeds and higher packer loss when combined. 1 and 3 would mean same speed but high packet loss which means your connection is either timing out or will have an outrageous ping associated with it because transmitted data is having to be resent multiple times.

7 RepliesAllo there, 9.9 up is more then enough for online play however it maybe somewhere else on your connection that has an issue. If you've tried everything in this article then you may need to reach out with your ISP and see if they can run a test on your line.
