Lost character

Hi! Is there any method i can get back a character wich was accidentaly deleted? My 1 year old son touchd the keyboard and has deleted my hunter :( i was in select character screen and went to bathroom... :( can bungie do a rollback or something like that. Please... can i send them a ticket or something? :((( Thank you!
