I was helping a friend with New Light content and got him to the part where he can go to the tower and went to try and delete some of the blues I acquired and they wouldn't delete, then I tried to pick up the prime engram sitting at Rahool and it wouldn't grab it, I tried grabbing some bounties and they wouldn't go to my bounty list. I thought maybe it's because I didn't have the New Light quest so I tried to grab that from the new terminal but I can't get that either. I tried restarting the game and the issue is still preaent. I am essentially prevented from progressing in the game right now please help.
