The Lament Bug (Never Received Sword)
I finished all of the quest steps but never received the sword and now I don't have Reforging the Past available.
Not sure what to do next except run it all again on another character. Just kidding. That's not how I value my time.
Am I missing something? Thoughts?

The same thing happened to me. I started a new character to try and see if I can do it all over again but I really don't want to!!!
