Bungie tested the Warlock stasis super for how long?????
One would assume that you actually test your product prior to any major release right.....NOT!
One would assume that from the testing you'd understand how new abilities will effect the game....NOT!
One would also assume how said abilities would effect PvP vs. PvE differently right.....NOT!
Bungie what are you doing? Does anyone there have a clue?

They thought it was unfair that stasis worked as Bungie designed it, they comprise the majority in PvP. They complain. Bungie nerfs.
