Season pass unlock from Upgrade Edition isn't working
From everything I've looked into, if you buy the Upgrade Edition while you have an active season pass, it should apply the unlock to the next available season. I'm about 90% sure I checked immediately after purchasing the Upgrade Edition and the game showed I had season of Arrivals and season of [Redacted] unlocked. Now that season of the Hunt, formerly Redacted, is here my season pass unlock is gone, and I'm being prompted to purchase it with SIlver. I don't make purchases on any other account, and even though I have cross save enabled, I haven't logged on to any other platform since I purchased Upgrade Edition, so where did my season pass unlock go?
I bought the season of Arrivals' pass through Steam in July with silver, transaction ID: 4289067494589189454
I bought the Upgrade Edition through Steam in October, transaction ID: 2567574959119969102

They are not appearing. So I can not do nightfalls or master lost sectors. Any body have an idea how to reach out for help or have an answer for this?
