Exotic Cipher not received from Xur quest
I turned in my quest to Xur for my exotic cipher and didn’t receive it realized I had my old one in my vault and didn’t think it would be and issue. How can I get my cipher?

1 ReplyYou can have only one. And, the most recent TWAB made it clear that putting a Cypher in your vault isn’t a work-around.
