Why can't I get the No Time to Explain pulse rifle?
I bought the new expansion and the season pass within 2 minutes of each other on the day of release but I can't get the new exotic pulse rifle? I paid the same amount of money for the game and don't know why I'm being punished for purchasing the same content in a slightly different format. I even got the pre-order rewards besides the pulse rifle. Gotta say, rather upsetting.

Bungie has not yet announced when the No Time To Explain exotic pulse rifle will be available for players who did not purchase either the 'Standard + Season Edition' or 'Deluxe Edition' of Beyond Light.
