Lost exotic cyphers from the triumph
I was claiming my triumphs and was doing the one for exotic weapons and it says that it rewards cyphers, now i had one already but it let me complete the triumph anyway but it hasn't given me any of the cyphers, I used the one that I had thinking it would pop up with another one and nothing, I've lost out on I believe 3 cyphers please help.

I had the same issue but I didn't have any cipher before claiming the triumph. Today I finish Xûr's quest to get one and after claiming it I didn't receive it either. Started the season with 0 ciphers, claimed 2 and didn't get any of them

Sense thing here let me turn in all levels of the triumph and only got the first Cypher

I also lost this weeks cypher after doing 21 damn strikes. What is going on with them?

Same thing happened to me. I believe you can get an exotic cypher each week from Xur.

I’ve had the same issue, lost all the cyphers granted for completion of the triumph due to already having one in my inventory.

Exactly the same happened to me. I was clicking off triumphs and didn’t realise I was collecting a cypher, I already had one in my vault, the new one vanished in to nothing. Also tried to collect three exotic engrams from last seasons season pass on the app, poof vanished!

Yup same here, had one in the vault, it let me complete the first one but not the others, didn't get a cypher for completion. Then after I had bought one of the only exotics I was missing, it let me complete the other 2 and still no cypher(s). There should be some warning and/or a pop up stating cannot complete as you have a cypher in inventory/vault OR even better as stated earlier allow us to carry more than 1!

I cannot even claim the triumph because I already have a cipher it literally says cannot complete because I already have one. I believe you came across a bug in the triumph maybe they will fix it and give you the ciphers when they do. Good luck

Quick question maybe off topic but still about triumph I didn't validate all my triumph before beyong light and now they're "lost" and i can't validate them. So i'm confused, why can't we validate them now ? it's like i never did them, like the one in leviathan or for the title "shadow". I have maybe lost easely 40000 triumph points on that

1 ReplyI pretty much lost all my Exotic Ciphers because of this too. The game lets you claim all tiers of the Triumph despite already owning one, and I was thinking that they'll just go to the Postmaster, so I can get more Glimmer to claim each one from the Kiosk. But no, they're not there. I literally lost out on 3 Exotics because of this.

Wait... There was more than one? I claimed all tiers of the triumph and only got one cipher.

Exact same thing happened to me - posted about it today. I didn't even realize I was claiming a Triumph that rewarded an EC. I had one in my Inventory that I'd been saving for months and now it's gone! How stupid.

3 Repliesi still have the one from matt helsom that i didn't use... now i have 1 in my triumph and 1 on my season pass, their going to go to waste because i cant use the one i currently have, an easy fix to this is to allow us to have a stack of them... with your problem i dont think you can get them back if they are account based.
