Hey,
So I tried to remove cross save just for my PS4, i went through all the steps signing into various accounts and everything. I got to the confirmation entering my username and it unlinked my Xbox, PS4, Steam and Stadia accounts.
I now have no access to the game from any platform and of course there is no support ticket system which I feel an issue like this needs.
I originally started playing D2 on stadia and now when i try to load up from there my account seems to be gone.
Now it is telling me I have to wait 89 days before I can re link an account, I have two preorders for beyond light so I guess I just need to cancel them now.

Disabling Cross-Save is just that, disabling Cross-Save; it applies to the entirety of Cross-Save. Unfortunately, by disabling Cross-Save, you have activated a security precaution that locks you out of Cross-Save for 90 days. Once this is applied, it will not be reduced or removed; there's no exceptions, so the Cross-Save help form to submit a ticket won't really help you any. During this time, you won't be able to reenable Cross-Save, and each platform's save data will be the only save data available on that platform. You'll need to work with Google to try to recover your Stadia account. That is where your characters are saved and available right now while Cross-Save is deactivated. It does still exist, as you were able to log into it to deactivate Cross-Save.
