Characters erased? Dissapear?
Only a question how i can know when a profile esa erased? My friend appear today with no characters? This is a mistake? Bug? Error?
Bungie pls help

1 ReplyProfiles cannot be erased, and characters can only be erased by someone with access to a player's account. If your friend has missing characters, either your friend deleted them, someone else deleted them due to having gained access to your friend's account, your friend is signed in under the wrong account, or your friend activated cross save and chose the wrong platform as their primary account. Without more information, it's hard to say, but those are about the only options.
