Disable Bounty Hoarding for Beyond Light
Please disable Shadowkeep & Season of Arrivals bounties to reward XP in Beyond Light.
It’s good that contest mode for the raid disables artifact power. But this doesn’t go far enough. Some content will require light level advantages before the raid comes out, which will dictate which content we can play before the raid comes out. This in turn will give bounty hoarders an undue advantage before the raid.
For example, you always increase the light level requirements for Nightfalls which will drop a higher tiered reward. Those who hoard old bounties will have an artifact power advantage to complete that content easier and faster. This applies to any new content that which requires a higher power level.

1 ReplyI disagree 100%. Those bounties were bought with in game currency by the player and are therefore owned by the player. A player should be able to open the bounties they bought and completed whenever they want.

27 RepliesYou know you could always keep bounties you have over 3 weeks. It is no advantage to anyone. Sounds like socialism to me. Let’s level the playing field because I do t want to do “work”. I should get payed as much as the next guy even though I don’t put in any effort.
