It is a high quality addition to the game, very creative and fun 👍

Personally, I like Shattered Throne more, but that's not to say Prophesy isn't awesome. I would say that dungeon quality has been quite good, but I still prefer some raids (SotP and LW specifically). I say keeping us on this current path of 2 dungeons each year and doing 2 raids a year (we're getting VOG and DSC this year) would be lovely. Honestly the dungeon design team is killing it out there.

2 RepliesI love Prophecy, great design, BUT the loot is trash. Year One trash weapons, low level armour with trash stats. Once you have the armour sets there’s literally no reason to play it. With Pit of Heresy, the armour comes masterworked, so you can break it down into 6 enhancement prisms and 6 enhancement cores (do it on 3 characters and you’re just 2 additional cores away from 2 ascendant shard golf balls a week). So it’s worth doing, every single week. And we do. Prophecy needs the Moonfang gear to come masterworked. Or with much, much better stats. But for longevity, definitely masterworked. Do that and we’ll play it every week.

I like Shattered Throne more but there's really no reason to play it any more.

Dungeons are just the best endgame currently period. Not too stressful and no need to do callouts every 5 seconds. As long as the 3 of you can hold your own dungeons are so fun
-
2 RepliesId argue pit is better thematically and game play wise, but prophecy is really good.

Its certainly the hardest. The enemy enemies hit very hard and it feels like you dont hit hard enough and they have insane numbers. Feels like another case of artificial difficulty. It almost feel unfair at how many and how hard the enemies are. Other than that, its an amazing dungeon. Id put it in second over pit of heresy and under shattered throne.

Meh. Played it last week for the first time and didn't like it much. I think Shattered Throne and Pit of Heresy are better.

Edited by Colt_45_818: 10/14/2020 2:00:38 AMEven though I really like the prophecy, I believe the first one dungeon is the best.

6 RepliesStill not as good as Last Wish.

Edited by Starlight Raven: 10/14/2020 1:40:42 AMWrong. That title belongs to the Eververse End game. Some many shiny object people are unable to get just make my own objects all the more valuable.

meh. As another guy said last wish better. The loot in prophecy is decent. IKELOS handcannon decent on console trash on pc. IKELOS shotty is top tier. Armor farm is great. death adder its just better using IKELOS smg wich is easier to get. widows bite trash. The only reason i do it now is for an ikelos shotty or armor.

If Prophecy had had the Trials of the Nine weapons it would've been perfect. Still really good obviously!
-
It's a good dungeon but I think shattered throne is best.
-
I'd say the dreaming city personally. A entire endgame patrol area with secrets and weekly missions.
-
Ehhhhhh...lets slow it down there
-
It doesn't take too many runs before it becomes tedious like every other part of the PvE side of the game unfortunately.....but yeah, the first few runs through it were great 🙂
-
It’s brilliant dungeon hopefully bungie add new dungeon for next season I want vex dungeon

10 RepliesThe only thing that puts Prophecy below Pit is the damn 100% aimbot on the Knights and Hoobgooblers. If they make them the same as other endgame enemies I'd like it more. Other than that it's fantastic though! Can't wait to buy the hoodie 👀

Edited by AendettV: 10/13/2020 8:53:15 PMI really liked Prophecy. I remember the first time Sparrowing down the ribbons we were all over the place. It took us forever to get down. After we had a few runs under our belts, we were racing to see who could get down the fastest. Maybe I pushed my teammates off a few times "accidentally", maybe they pushed me off a few times "accidentally", maybe we didn't. Who knows? We had a lot of fun though. PS: The mini Sparrow has a serious advantage over the others...

Edited by Sweet Lew 88: 10/13/2020 8:43:33 PMI like all the endgame content. Maybe not trials as much, I don't want it to change though. Grandmaster nightfalls are too much work for me, they are fine as is too.

I really like it too! It’s got some cool concepts, neat mechanics, and it’s overall rather approachable—especially more so than some of the raids. I’m super bummed it’ll be going away this coming season, but looking forward to it coming back!
