Greetings Guardians, there is just a unforeseen issue I want to address. I understand why Bungie is vaulting content, but I think Bungie vaulting all of Year 1 and Year 2 content is not a good move. It defeats the whole purpose of New Light, which was to make Destiny 2 more accessible to new players and friends. I know most of the hardcore community (myself included) owns Forsaken (which makes the following all the more logical), but I think Forsaken, or at least content like some strikes, raids and exotics, should be free for free -to-play players. Now hear me out Bungie (if you even look at the forums anyways), consider the humongous amount of content (and free content to be exact) that is leaving the game. Most of the content remaining is now hidden behind a paywall. The only activities free to play players can do is a minuscule amount of strike playlists, Crucible, Gambit, Patrols and public events (its even worse for console players that do not have premium subscription like PSplus or XboxLive, they can do virtually nothing!). The very purpose of New Light is ruined and now the friends that many invited through New Light will leave due to an underwhelming lack of content. Please do not tell me that sounds good to you. I do not usually ask for likes or upvotes, but for this message to even get a chance that Bungie will address this urgent issue, I will need to ask of you, if you agree (and only if you do) please upvote.
