Loaded Question was the only viable fusion in endgame pve
Since the removal pinnacles, and the way Bungie has been handling these weapons, I really would prefer this weapon doesnt get the sunset treatment.

It's been my go-to since I got it. Looking to grab some Main Ingredient rolls moving forward. I really don't like how this season's fusion rifle looks so I won't use that thing.

1 ReplyHollow Words with killing wind and unrelenting has saved my butt a few times in the final encounter in prophecy. It’s no loaded question, which I love, but it is a solid choice. Also, for dungeons like pit or throne, I enjoy Jötunn very much.

1 ReplyTurn it into an exotic. Then make the catalyst up the reservoir burst trait from just your next shot does the extra damage and explosions to your next 3 shots do it.

8 RepliesIt's probably the only pinnacle that could pass for an exotic as is. Maybe buff it slightly via a catalyst to give the blast to all shots.

1 ReplyWe don’t know what kind of fusion rifles will be released in Beyond Light. Bungie can’t just pick one weapon to save from being sunset either. I assume when you say LQ is the only viable fusion for endgame you’re excluding exotics like Telesto.. but even if that is the case I’ve found Erentil FR4 and Hollow Words to be viable in end game content with the right rolls.

It was a good fusion. Not going to lie I loved it. But when you get a decent rolled erintil or that solar one for PvE? They are monsters.

LQ was/is a favorite of mine mainly because of its power in PvE.. It allowed me to solo many of the higher difficulty (for me) PvE missions and do well in Gambit because it could clear mobs. Riskrunner used to be powerful for that too, but only in missions where arc damage was frequent (Taken and some Fallen missions) because you had to take arc damage to get the gun's perk to process. Now, RR isn't as good - still works, but... It's little hits like this (losing what you like) that add up over time till it's just not fun anymore... and you become a little angry at losing what you like - worked hard to get, spent a lot of effort perfecting its use and grooming your character over time to take advantage of it. I don't think Bungie understands this.

1 ReplyI only used that thing in Crown of Sorrow they nerfed fusions in Shadowkeep which lead to Loaded Question being meh.

Fusions should normally hit as hard as a Reservoir Burst of Loaded Question. Just make the Reservoir Burst a slightly less increase. But instead they’ll just sunset Loaded Question so every fusion ever is garbage. Especially since they went and broke Merciless’s MAIN PERK.

It's one of the few weapons I'll really miss after sunsetting tbh. Great for cc and since it was Cayde's it has a special place in my heart.

3 RepliesIt was awesome before Shadowkeep, but then again, we didn't have endgame PvE before Shadowkeep. Reckoning, maybe? Breakneck + LQ was a great combo but Shadowkeep killed fusions in PvE. If you're not using Izanagi's, Mountaintop, Divinity, or Eriana's, you're doing something wrong. Even if you go double or triple anti-champ, a fusion is still out of the question. I haven't put it on except for some bounties in regular PvE, but it simply doesn't belong in a GM, and the Trinity Ghoul is a much better ad clear choice for raids. Sad, because I used to love LQ.

4 RepliesNo it wasn't. In fact once I got Mountaintop I hardly if ever used it. It also mostly died along with many other weapons with the Lunafaction nerf.
