I went to claim gear and engrams from last season - specifically the exotic engrams. I received the gear and normal engrams, but the exotic engrams didn't show up on any of my characters. I also went and checked the postmasters - nothing there. I restarted the game as well as waiting for reset the next day - still nothing. I've looked through the help forums. Please help. Thx.
