Phase 2 Spire Crashes Xbox One x (Help Bungie see this)

Yesterday I tried to to Spire of stars on prestige and it was fine up till the final boss. On 6 different occasions we would either get the boss very low and my Xbox would crash or actually get him to spawn the final balls then it crashed. Every time after booting my Xbox back on it would say it was overheated yet the Xbox was in no way hot. After the first 3 or so times I got fed up and took a break then came back a few hours later only for the same thing to happen. An lfg member of the second group also had the same issue and was also on Xbox one X. Please help get the word to Bungie🙏🏻🙏🏻.

 • Hey there! Destiny 2 is graphically heavy which is why your Xbox is causing an overheat and crashes. This happens to Xbox One consoles mainly as someone has reported this before. I would suggest that you move your Xbox somewhere for more ventilation. If that does not help, you should do a soft factory reset. You can do so by doing the following.
1. Press the Xbox button 2. Scroll to the right and go to System > Settings > System > Console Info 3. Select Reset console 4. Make sure you select “keep my games and apps”
If that does not work, you need to contact MS Tech Support Team and they will be able to help you.
