What does it take for people to respond to your inquiries

i've submitted two posts about a recurring issue i have with my game crashing while attempting to load into a planet getting no responses in return. Im getting very frustrated because i cant play any of the new content that i payed my money for and all the advised solutions provided arent doing anything to help. Who can I actually talk to to get some help rather than this forum?

  • Howdy there, If you're experiencing loading issue, I would suggest clearing your download cache on Steam and restarting the game, if the issue still persists after this, please get back to me here, so I may try to assist you further.
