Did not receive 'Sunset' emblems after claiming them
I claimed my "Sunset" & "Eclipsed Sunset" emblems from Bungie rewards.
They are not appearing in my game even after restart.

2 RepliesI think this is the reverse of the rewards, I now reviewed and had the emblem of sunset eclipse that is achieved with 50,000 triumph points but I only claimed the victory of the sunset emblem that is achieved with 12,000. in short, the emblems are swapped

This is what worked for me. You have to claim them from the Bungie Rewards page. Then from within the game go into your settings and where it says logoff click on switch profile. Then log back in and they should appear under the General section for emblems in the collections.

My problem is I can't claim one one them. I'm over 50k, I am linked and still the claim reward is greyed out. Had no problem claiming the other emblem or the prime engram. Anyone else having this issue?

I have been checking whether I can get the emblem, however, I cannot claim this for some reason as the Claim button is showing gray.

2 RepliesAfter claiming the reward, the emblems should be in Collections - Flair - General. However they have different names. They are called “Eclipsed Void” and “Savior”, not “Eclipsed Sunset” and “Sunset” as described on the Rewards page.

Has this been solved? I’ve been dealing with this since last night. I tried to contact support but they send me here. 1. I receive the Eclipsed Void emblem but I did not even come closer to getting 50,000 for the “Triumph Master”. 2. I restarted my game numerous times. 3. I checked my collections tab thoroughly. It’s not under flair - general. It’s not under my flairs at all, not under the name “sunset” or “savior”. 4. I followed the FAQ and made sure my email was confirmed and connected. 5. I received the Prime Engram right away 6. the sunset void emblem is under my recent acquisitions tab, but no “sunset” or “savior” emblem. 7. The Destiny 2 app says I completed the “Triumph Apprentice” and that I definitely SHOULD have the emblem. 8. I checked my inventory space and the postmaster. Now what do I do? :/ I was really looking forward to having that emblem and I can’t even speak to customer service.
