I have one question: If I own Season of Arrivals and I buy Shadowkeep, will I get the next season pass with my purchase? I haven't been able to find a reliable answer anywhere, and there is no way to contact Bungie. I posted on the help forum a few days ago, but I got no responses. I also found the same question asked by other posters on here, steam, and Reddit. But no one knows the answer because the next season starts with Beyond Light. I think community help forums are a poor substitute for actual customer support (via chat and email). Is there any way to get a question to someone who can answer it with some authority? Can I elevate my issue to the "standing army of Mentors" if I don't get an answer in a few days? The forums don't even have a simple search function. Instead, you scroll through page after page to find people asking the same question. It might be cost-saving, but it is also unfriendly to the consumer.
