Can we have a 'Saved Loadout' option?

Can we get something in the menus that will allow us to create and save gear and weapon loadouts please? We have lots of different reasons to use different gear (raids with specific mods, crucible, easy strikes, gm strikes) and it would be great if we can swap them quickly and save them in loadouts. Thanks

  • YESSSSSSSS. This is a Godsend in the Division 2. Necessary, convenient and fun to have in game.

Yes! I want this one. I'm tired of changing mods on every change of loadout. Come on Bungie!

THIS is an excellent idea. It should be set up so we can change the load out on the fly using the crossbar. We should need to go in and hit a button that will allow the crossbar to flip between loadout selection and emote selection. Then to set load outs we simply click a number in the top left of our character screen to select which of 4 load outs you want to be on and whatever is on the character at that time is what is in the loadout. Then in game, if we have selected the crossbar for loadouts, we simply hit the crossbar side for the corresponding loadout in game. That would be awesome. The game is leaning more and m0re towards a very finicky and precise armor and mod selection to be able to successfully complete dungeon sections. We need the flexibility to change loadouts, multiple times in a single encounter, to accommodate this new direction.

  • I was only saying this yesterday. I would love a system like they have in monster hunter world. The ability to set up and save different builds for different encounters and to be able to name said load out.

    • I think the Ishtar Commander app allows you to have various loadouts and makes weapon swapping from the vault and also from other characters much easier.

    • I don't see this happening. Bungie is extremely upset people use the same meta load-outs. They pay people to design and test new guns which are immediately vaulted. They began a bounty system to try to get players to use new guns, which everyone hated. Now they are (disgustingly) implementing sunsetting to force us to use new load outs. So looking at this trend - how do you think it sounds to them to say "bungie give me a single button press to make my uncreative lemming follower ass default to the same load outs some streamer says is best because it's ttk is 0.1 second faster than the next best thing". Personally I think it is a good idea, but I see how it will be interpreted and will Never be realized. We as players need to be more creative with trying new things. I think being forced to is criminal... But it must also be true that it wouldn't help our creativity this option you suggest. At least all you whack brainless morons need to scroll through the vault trying to find your crutch suros. Maybe someday doing this dance you might try something new. That would never happen if you could always speed equip the same thing ad nauseam. Why do I have to lose access to my vault because other people are uncreative? Why must I play bounty grind 2020 for the same reason? Now you want it to be more convenient to ruin the game? Based on the direction bungie is going they are going to make a 'random load-out' option WAY before 'set load-out'. ...and it's your fault.

      • There are plenty apps which provide that feature. But yes ingame would always be the better option. Same for the LFG tool. Would be nice to have that ingame too. Actually ridiculous that all that nice little helping tools are always in apps instead ingame where they should be in the first place.

          • I use an app call “Little Light” it allows you to do exactly that, create load outs. Even pull from the vault and equip stuff with a touch of a button. Completely free as well.

            • I think this is a great suggestion, the amount of time you have to jump into the character screen to change class, weapon and or armour is huge, especially on PS4 where the load times into the different screens isnty exactly fast. @Bungie, would this be possible to do?
