I saw someone post about this. I liked their idea. TB was nerfed because of how well it worked with: A. Rapid fire frames before their re-work B. Instant reload Both of these things have been reworked/nerfed. Because of this, TB doesn’t have a place in the meta. I propose that TB works the way it used to. Meaning the DPS buff works for the entirety of the 3 seconds.
