Making strikes non speed through just like division

I love playing strikes whether its for bounties or just doing the job in hand. But when people just dodge 3 quarters of the enemies. It just takes the enjoyment out. At least when division do their type of strikes they make sure u have to clear all the enemies before reaching the boss.

  • Some of us don’t actually want to run strikes. Most people run these strikes thousands of times already and they’ve lost interest in clearing everything. Most end up doing them to get bounties or quest some and have to run multiple strikes. No offence, if you want to clear ads a million times over that’s fine most people don’t.

  • I'm not fighting the same fight for the 900th time, if you wanna kill everything lower your light and play strikes like that but I'm trying to get my milestones done.

    • you are on playstation. set your clock back an hour, load up the strike you want solo and kill all the mobs you want. let others play the way they want to play. personally, i play it by ear. if the other 2 i load in with want to rush, i'll race 'em to the finish. if they seem to want to clear it i'm going for the most mob kills.

    • If you also want endgame to be harder go learn to do raids. You can shoot and kill every enemy there.

    • Keep up and kill with the team lol. Put on Trinity Ghoul with catalyst if you’re struggling to kill things. Nobody wants to spend ten minutes watching you try to trade blows with a red bar psion since you can’t hit your shots

      Your not a new light player you know we played 100s to 1000s of these strikes. Why would we kill every single enemy in that strike? That's just a massive waste of time. The only reason why we do strikes is to get out powerful gear and gtf out of there. If you want that type of strike go play master or grand master nightfalls

      • No. You want a challenging strike where everyone dies? Enjoy nightfall on master/grandmaster. Plus you’ll get a better reward in the end.

      • People have to play hundreds, if not thousands of Strikes to get that one catalyst/exclusive drop for a triumph or other reward they're hunting for. Taking the time to wander around and kill every little monster is just not logical/efficient for many players.

        • Personally, ive been around long enough to know that strikes are activities that you'll be replaying many, many times. Because of this, i do run past everything i can, not because i don't like the game or intentionally want to sabotage my anyone else's fun of clearing every single minion before moving to the next area but rather cause it becomes boring to play a strike and never found anything different about it. Some strikes occasionally change the enemy spawns or have small twists, when you play the arms dealer strike you could find a tank that makes it a plus to the experience and if you ask me not 1 but 3 tanks should spawn that would make up for some awesome tank rush gameplay. Regardless, you end up knowing what to expect and when im playing strike playlist and im blessed with exodus crash, that one on the moon and that other on Io that's not the pyramidion, i know a long walk/run activity with ocasional gunfights and "have to wait ghost must do hacking cause a door" are on the way. Some other strikes... this weekend a friend asked for help farming braytech launcher and mindbenders, by the 3rd nightfall with no drop, we started doing 1 and 1, switching between the 2 strikes cause nothing changes, not in the 2nd or the 9th gameplay. You got to understand and as you could find fun doing the same activity with the same enemy spawns and gun fights, someone else won't.

            • I like the Division but the missions can be tedious as -blam!- sometimes. It’s a stop and pop shooter anyways.
