Trials tokens disappeared upon switching characters
I ran through trials on my Warlock with a group just now. We went flawless. I accrued a decent amount of tokens, including the +20 from the flawless chest. Switched to my Hunter and played more trials and went flawless again with the same group. Accrued even more tokens with another +20 from the chest. Switched back to my warlock and was getting ready to go turn in tokens to saint-14, but there were 0 trials tokens in my inventory. My inventory is not, and was not full. I always have between 7-9 open slots in my consumables page. I did not dismantle my tokens. I did not turn in my tokens. Why did they disappear?

Please note that whether due to accidental deletion or unauthorized account access, Bungie does not recover manually deleted characters or items, and does not replace in-game items that are lost or dismantled in any way. As an added issue, according to saint-14 my warlock has not competed any of the 3, 5, or 7 win challenges and has not competed the flawless challenge. Even though I was just at the lighthouse collecting my armor.
