Turn Pinnacle/ Ritual Weapons Into Exotics
This would preserve the value of these weapons, respect the time and effort put into obtaining them, and possibly "solve the power creep" problem.
This was done in Destiny 1 when they bought back all of the raid weapons as exotics. I think it can be done here too

No. In fact sunset exotics too because theres no logical reason that powercreep applies to things like drang but not exotics.

Or make a new rareity of weapons that you can only use when you don't have an exotic weapon or armor equiped. Then there's be so much people who use the weapons couldn't use.

I like the idea of recluse and mountaintop becoming exotic and staying in the game.

Dear god that’s all we need is a exotic revoker...... the catalyst bumps the aim assist up to 100 so you can play one handed while wearing a blindfold, getting shot in the head by a 600 auto and shoot people in the foot and have it register as a head shot, all while never aim down sights.

no power creep. they want ppl go use new guns. theyre embarrassed that ghr older guns are still more popular than new. but maybe if they made new weapons better or atleast on par it wouldn't be the case, or a problem.

4 RepliesIt should at least apply to the Big 3 Pinnacles: Wendigo, Mountaintop, and Recluse. They would have to revert Recluse back to its OP state though to warrant the exotic status.

Revoker really has the only perk that I would define as exotic and even that would be a week one. I rather have icebreaker. Maybe if they rebuffed the nerfs on them. Even then I'm not sure I would ever use them. To me they need to remain evergreen as trophy weapons.

2 RepliesThe whole reason they are sunsetting is so they don't have to balance weapons like recluse, mountaintop, and revoker. And so they can make pinnacle weapons op down the line

2 RepliesTheyd need some buffs though, the recluse is just a regualr smg. Sure the perk is easy to activate but its also a really low damage increase compared to other perks. And imagine the oxygen as is being an exotic lmao
