Means to an End Quest Glitch
I went to the drifter to get the next step to my Means to an End quest, the next step is the mission interference. But I didn’t get the quest and I’m unable to start the mission. I went to the recasted and decoder and nothing. Even after restarting the application, switching characters, and restarting my PS4 I’m still stuck.

So I have been stuck as well with this step. Worked on it for my Hunter and finished it and then was never able to claim the Wavelength pinnacle gear from the recaster. Worked on it on my Warlock and was able to get to the same step but this time I could see that something should be there on the recaster but I couldn't' pick anything up and pressing A wouldn't move through the text screen. This week in an attempt to finish it I tried it on my Titan. Just finished the Interference mission and went to the recaster with no Wavelength engram there again. I hope this gets fixed soon. If I can't unlock the weekly mission for the rest of the season there's no reason to play the game.

Having the same issue on all three Guardians. Received means to an end engram on all three, quest disappeared for two characters but is persistent on one. Can't access Interface Quest. Still says I require Means to an End Quest progress!

i ran into that issue right after i somewhat fixed the "wavelength" quest bug where it would not let me accept an engram. after logging on after reset it let me accept the engram but now i ran into the issue you are experiencing. i have seen many other people running into this issue in particular so i hope bungie will catch wind of this and issue a fix
