Unable to access crossplay
So a few days into Season of the Arrivals, I went to access my account on PS4 to play with friends (PC main) and couldn't access my characters. My gamertag showed but at 0 power level. I tried xbox too and the issue persisted. Anyone else encounter this?

This issue is caused by your inactive characters being in a clan. Remove those characters from the clan and it should resolve the problem.
